Position: Management Trainee
Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Retail Management, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related specialization.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in retail, buying, merchandising, or operations.
- well-groomed and professionally presentable.
- Good English communication skills & Tamil-speaking preferred for effective communication with customers, store teams, and local vendors.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel to stores, markets, and vendors when required.
- Strong interest in building a career in Retail Operations and Buying
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
