As a Database Administrator, you will engage in the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work collaboratively with team members to ensure optimal database performance and reliability, while also contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective database management practices.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations.
- Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for database systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and scripting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
