Job Summary
Srimurugan Metal Shop is hiring a Sales Incharge to oversee daily sales operations, lead the sales team, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and committed to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations.
- Lead and support the sales team.
- Assist customers and provide product information.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or showroom management.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/billing software preferred).
- Experience in metal, steel, hardware, or building materials sales is an advantage.
