Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, planning, and construction drawings. You will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and project managers on residential and commercial projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
* Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
* Assist in concept development, space planning, and design presentations.
* Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site engineers.
* Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
* Prepare material specifications and design documentation.
* Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
* Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
* 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong software skills are welcome to apply).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
* Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, or similar software is an added advantage.
* Good understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
* Creativity and attention to detail.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Knowledge of residential building design.
* Basic understanding of municipal approval drawings.
