Own and manage P&L responsibility for assigned site(s), ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets

Prepare, communicate, and monitor the annual site budget, including cost controls and variance management

Plan and optimize resource utilization and workforce management at the site

Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce person-days, production costs, raw material usage, and energy consumption
-
Establish and maintain strong liaison with customers, professional bodies, government authorities, and regulators including PCB, CPCB, and MoEF
-
Ensure implementation and compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
-
Maintain and monitor project MIS, dashboards, and performance reports

Review, update, and monitor the site risk register, ensuring mitigation plans are implemented

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, safety, quality, and environmental performance

Lead site teams, foster high performance, and build a strong safety and compliance culture

Hazardous Process and Biomedical Waste Management

Strong knowledge of pollution control rules, environmental regulations, and statutory compliance

Budgeting, cost optimization, Lean / Six Sigma

Employee engagement and operational planning

Stakeholder and customer management

Incineration systems, Boilers, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)

Landfills, Stabilization processes, MEE, MEP systems, ATFD
