Job description
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will conduct cutting-edge research in Secure Computer Vision Intelligence, Quantum-Driven Explainable Agentic AI, and Intelligent Underwater Perception Systems. - The candidate will develop novel computer vision algorithms, quantum-enhanced AI models, explainable autonomous AI agents, and secure perception frameworks for underwater and marine applications, while contributing to high-impact SCIE publications, sponsored research projects, patents, prototype development, and technology transfer through the Secure AI and Quantum Vision Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop secure computer vision and intelligent underwater perception algorithms.
Develop quantum-driven explainable AI, agentic AI, and quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks.
Research underwater vision, multimodal perception, object detection, tracking, and scene understanding. Develop vision foundation models, trustworthy AI, and edge-intelligent perception systems.
Build secure AI solutions for marine, environmental, and cyber-physical applications.
Publish in high-impact SCIE journals, contribute to funded projects, patents, and technology transfer.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and mentor graduate research scholars.
Desirable Skills
Research experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Underwater Vision, Explainable AI, Agentic AI, Quantum Computing, Quantum Machine Learning, and Multimodal AI. - Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, and modern AI frameworks. - Strong research, scientific writing, and publication record. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary research teams.
