Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and catering enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with customers regarding menu selection and menu planning.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, operations, and other departments for catering arrangements.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Assist customers with queries related to catering packages, menus, pricing, and services.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer applications.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently.
