Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customers inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
2. Resolve technical issues related to our online platform and assist with account access.
3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues they may be facing.
4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and solve complex issues.
5. Assist with registration and enrolment processes, guiding customers through the necessary steps.
6. Maintain detailed records of customers interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
