- Analyze project requirements and understand client expectations.
- Draft and submit customized proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate with prospective clients and respond to project invitations.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain client engagement.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope and solutions.
- Track proposal performance and maintain accurate records.
- Generate qualified opportunities for further sales discussions.

Required Skills
- Experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Excellent written communication skills.

Experience Required
- 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, or IT business development.
- Proven experience generating opportunities through freelance platforms.
Preferred Candidate
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development), MCA, or B.Tech preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
