We are hiring a Pre-Sales /Telecaller for our real estate operations. The role involves calling property enquiry leads, explaining details, and coordinating site visits.
Responsibilities
- Call inbound & database leads
- Explain property details (location, price range, USPs)
- Qualify customers (budget, requirement, buying timeline)
- Schedule and confirm site visits
- Regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
- Update daily call status in Excel/CRM
Requirements
- Telugu mandatory (basic English required)
- Prior tele-calling / real estate experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication can apply
- Confident, polite, and target-oriented
Salary & Benefits
- ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 fixed salary
