Experience Background
o Graduate qualification BEBTechMBAMCA
o 710 years of experience in Oracle EPM tools
o Excellent communication presentation training and stakeholder management skills
Experience in working through all phases of Software Development Life Cycle SLDC including the design development implementation and maintenance of financial applications
o Must have 3 projects complete project lifecycle experience in Financial Consolidation Projects
o Work with multiGAAP and multicurrency financial consolidation applications
o Technical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries COA and Record to Report module is preferred
o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
o Understanding of System deployment methodologies Agile Waterfall
o Ability to write FCCS Business Rules develop data forms financial reports based on client requirements
o Provide bestpractice recommendations aligned with application capabilities
o Must be able to articulate the consolidation process in FCCS
o Ability to handle SourcetoTarget data validation
o Familiar with Intercompany Transactions and Currency Translations
o Good experience with FCCS Application Build Metadata Load and Data Load
o Experience on EPM AutomateOIC integrations
o Experience in optimizing the performance of FCCS application
o Ensure compliance with accounting standards IFRSGAAP and Internal controls
o Good documentation and presentation skills
