HR Manager – Supermarket
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
MBA (HR) or HR certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Retail or Supermarket industry.
Experience Required:
Experience in handling recruitment and employee onboarding.
Experience in managing attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Experience in payroll coordination and employee welfare activities.
Experience in handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Experience in training and performance evaluation of employees.
Experience in managing a workforce of 20 to 100 employees is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and selection of employees.
Conduct interviews and onboarding procedures.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll and salary processing with accounts department.
Organize employee training and development programs.
Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures.
Monitor employee performance and conduct periodic evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Develop employee engagement and motivation programs.
Coordinate festival season manpower requirements and temporary staffing.
Prepare HR reports and submit them to management regularly.
Required Skills:

Leadership and team management abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR policies.
Fluency in Tamil and basic English communication preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
