Role Overview
We're looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Business Growth Associate who loves meeting people, creating opportunities, and getting things done. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about sales, partnerships, community building, events, and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Build relationships with startups, founders, incubators, accelerators, universities, and ecosystem partners.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, roundtables, podcasts, and community initiatives.
- Support partnership development with organizations, associations, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and founder-led outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent LegalCare at startup events, networking sessions, and industry conferences.
- Work closely with the founders on new business initiatives and special projects.
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer acquisition.
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Events, Community, or Startup Operations.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- A hustler mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Prior experience in startups, B2B SaaS, events, communities, or growth roles is an advantage.
