Job Title: Freight Broker
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Based on Dollar Rate – 90

Night Shift - 6pm - 3am
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage freight shipments between shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers.
- Book loads and ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers, drivers, and customers.
- Handle load documentation, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and customer concerns professionally.
- Use load boards and transportation management systems efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Achieve daily and monthly load booking targets.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight brokerage or dispatch.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with load boards and dispatch software.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
