About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with practical knowledge of social media handling, paid advertising and lead generation. The candidate will work closely with the team to grow our brand and generate business through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Plan and publish posts, reels and promotional content.
- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Generate and manage quality leads through digital campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and improve campaigns.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with the team for marketing activities and lead follow-ups.
- Maintain basic marketing reports.
Requirements
- 6 Months – 2 Years of Digital Marketing experience.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Handling, Meta Ads and Lead Generation.
- Basic Canva/content creation knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from office in Nagpur.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
