Responsibility to ensures high cleanliness and hygiene standards across auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms to provide a premium guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing cleaning schedules, handling inventory, and performing deep cleaning, with roles requiring shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning auditoriums between shows, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, polishing furniture, and deep cleaning restrooms.
- Supervision: Leading housekeeping teams, assigning tasks, training, and maintaining staff attendance/performance reports.
- Showtime Readiness: Ensuring timely cleaning before, during, and after movie shows, including quick cleanups during interval sessions.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, tissues, and toiletries, as well as managing equipment.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and conducting regular audits.
- Guest Satisfaction: Promptly addressing any guest complaints regarding cleanliness and maintaining a comfortable environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
