Job Description:
Responsible for managing export operations, coordinating with international clients, handling export documentation and shipments, and ensuring smooth communication with overseas customers. Also oversees daily office operations, supervises staff, manages administrative tasks, and ensures efficient workflow and team coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export/import operations and international client handling.
- Knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/software systems (preferred).
- Ability to manage office operations, supervise staff, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
