Customer Technical Support
- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Troubleshoot application and web platform-related issues
- Ensure timely responses while maintaining high service standards
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across applications and platforms
- Assist users with basic networking and web-related concerns
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams
Database & Web Support
- Troubleshoot basic MySQL database queries and functions
- Support issues related to URLs, APIs, web browsing, and HTML
- Assist in resolving web-based application concerns
Documentation & Service Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer issues and resolutions
- Track support requests and update relevant documentation
- Ensure proper communication throughout the support lifecycle
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
