We are looking for a Furniture Designer who can create accurate furniture drawings and technical designs for manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D furniture drawings in AutoCAD.
- Prepare dimensioned drawings for production and carpentry teams.
- Develop drawings for sofas, beds, tables, chairs, cabinets, and custom furniture.
- Understand furniture measurements, proportions, and construction details.
- Prepare cutting and manufacturing drawings as required.
- Modify existing designs according to client requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain proper design files and documentation.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D).
- Understanding of furniture dimensions, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Basic knowledge of furniture design principles.
- Knowledge of SketchUp or 3D software is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Furniture manufacturing experience.
- Interior or furniture design background.
- Ability to create both technical and presentation drawings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
