Profile: DevOps Engineer
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant, hands-on DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure experience. The required experience must primarily involve actual DevOps responsibilities. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Good working knowledge of AWS Strong experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD practices. Strong experience with Azure Key Vault, including secrets, certificates, managed keys, access control, and rotation. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity, authentication, authorization, and access management. Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights for monitoring and application observability. Experience working with Azure infrastructure and PaaS services across compute, networking, security, storage, databases, API management, serverless, and messaging.

Ability to take ownership of production infrastructure and work independently when required.
Roles:
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure infrastructure, with exposure to AWS and other cloud platforms. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar tools. Manage Docker and Kubernetes-based environments and support containerized and microservices deployments. Work with managed Kubernetes platforms such as AKS/EKS where applicable. Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, monitoring, scaling, and operational workflows. Ensure high availability, security, reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure and production systems. Manage Azure security, identity, access control, and secrets, including Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Key Vault. Manage Key Vault capabilities including managed keys, secrets, certificates, access policies, and key/secret rotation. Design, configure, and troubleshoot cloud networking components including Load Balancer, Application Gateway, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, WAF, networking rules, and related infrastructure. Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and application observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or similar technologies. Work with Azure PaaS and serverless services, databases, storage, API management, and messaging platforms. Work with services including Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Files, Blob Storage, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management (APIM). Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka or similar distributed messaging platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve production, infrastructure, networking, deployment, performance, and availability issues. Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production systems. Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to improve release processes, deployment reliability, and system stability. Identify opportunities to reduce manual operational work through automation and tooling Maintain appropriate documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, operational procedures, and production environments.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
