# Job Description – Field Sales Executive **Job Title:** Field Sales Executive **Industry:** BFSI / Housing Finance **Employment Type:** Full-Time ### Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented **Field Sales Executive** to join our team in the BFSI/Housing Finance sector. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work, customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. ### Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and other sources. * Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements. * Promote and explain housing finance/loan products to customers. * Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. * Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Coordinate with the branch and internal teams for smooth loan processing. * Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and follow-ups. * Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. * Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. ### Required Skills * Lead generation and conversion skills. * Willingness to travel for field work. * Basic knowledge of financial products. * Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team. ### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of leads generated. * Lead-to-customer conversion ratio. * Monthly loan disbursement. * Achievement of sales targets. * Customer acquisition. * Customer retention and relationship quality. * Productivity and number of field visits. ### Candidate Profile **Education:** Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Finance, or a related specialization is preferred. **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. ### Ideal Candidate A motivated graduate/MBA candidate who enjoys **customer interaction, sales, field work, and building long-term customer relationships**.
