We are seeking a GNC Engineer to join our team at Vishvasys Aerospace, a deep-tech startup incubated at ARTPark, IISc Bangalore.

We are seeking a GNC Engineer to join our team at Vishvasys Aerospace, a deep-tech startup incubated at ARTPark, IISc Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design control methods for Advanced UAV Applications.
- Design multi-sensor data fusion algorithms for integrating data from IMU, LiDAR, cameras, and other sensors.
- Conduct extensive SITL/HITL simulations (ROS/Gazebo) and real-world flight tests to verify control performance.
- Flight trials for testing developed algorithms
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in aerospace, robotics, electrical, computer science, or related fields.
- Strong background in computer vision, autonomous navigation, sensor fusion, and related estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for algorithm development, simulation, and data analysis.
- Experience with ROS, Gazebo, and simulation environments for robotics.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with PX4/Ardupilot or equivalent flight stacks.
- Prior hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying GNC algorithms on drones or mobile robots.
- Solid understanding of sensor suite integration (cameras, IMU, LiDAR, radar, barometer, etc.).
