### **Key Responsibilities**
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2 and C2C requirements.
- Work extensively with Tier-1 vendors and MSP/VMS clients.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools for candidate hunting.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients across US time zones.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

- Proven experience with W2 and C2C hiring models.
- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS processes and Tier-1 vendor interactions.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in US shift (night shift) from office.
