Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your software testing and validation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate and highly motivated teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring that our software and its components fulfill their intended use in real or simulated environments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with system, program, and quality teams, define test strategies and plans, and develop validation environments and tools, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of integrating components from various development teams and automating integration and validation tasks, but also contribute to standardization by reusing or implementing reusable solutions.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining the test strategy, test plan, estimations, and delivery schedule
Specifying, designing, and developing validation environments and tools
Ensuring requirements traceability according to the Requirements Management Plan
Integrating components and preparing validation platforms
Using automation scripts and batch files to streamline integration and validation tasks
Producing validation result reports and managing change requests
Maintaining strong collaboration with architects and designers throughout the validation cycle
Applying organizational processes and standards

Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent
4–8 years of experience in software testing and requirement-based testing
Good knowledge of software module/functional and integration testing
Proficiency in testing techniques such as black box, boundary value analysis, and robustness analysis (experience with Kubernetes-based application testing is an advantage)
Understanding of regression analysis
Familiarity with configuration management tools like ClearCase
Experience with bug reporting tools such as Bugzilla or ClearQuest
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Shell, and experience with Linux/Ubuntu platforms
Knowledge of railway signalling domain and Kubernetes/containerization is a plus
Familiarity with software validation standards such as CENELEC SIL4/DO178A/DO178F
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
