Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records.
Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and promotional activities.
Resolve customer concerns and maintain strong business relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, food products, or consumer goods.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Bengaluru market.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and mobile reporting applications.
Fluency in Kannada and basic English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience handling distributors and retail networks.
Existing contacts with supermarkets, grocery stores, and food distributors.
Experience in launching new products in the market.
