Job Description: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Remote (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon only)

CTC: ₹150,000 per month + 10% incentive (paid quarterly, performance-based)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven senior sales executive to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B/B2C sales, client relationship management, and revenue growth, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand revenue streams
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to leadership
- Mentor junior sales team members where required
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, if required
- Based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Noida, or Gurgaon
