OpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist

We are hiring an experienced OpenText Technical Support & Configuration Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of OpenText solutions within an HR IT landscape, integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and integrate OpenText with SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM.
- Configure workflows, metadata, permissions, and document lifecycle management.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot OpenText-related issues.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and access control (GDPR).
- Create technical documentation and support end users.
- Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with OpenText implementation, configuration, and support.
- Hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, or related OpenText modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integrations.
- Experience with SAP CPI, Boomi, APIs, or other middleware solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
