Role Overview
9M Care is looking for for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager in Delhi to oversee and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations at our Raipur facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in the hospital furniture manufacturing segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery schedules
- Manage the complete manufacturing process of hospital furniture including beds, trolleys, wardrobes, examination tables, and related products
- Monitor production KPIs — output, efficiency, wastage, and downtime - and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, ISO certifications, and healthcare industry regulations
- Lead and manage the production team including supervisors, technicians, and shop floor workers
- Coordinate with procurement for raw material planning and inventory management
- Liaise with the design and R&D team for new product development and process improvements
- Implement and maintain safety protocols (EHS) across the production floor
- Identify bottlenecks in production processes and implement corrective measures
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to senior management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in hospital furniture, medical equipment, or steel fabrication
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of steel/metal fabrication, powder coating, welding, and assembly processes
- Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in hospital furniture, medical equipment, or steel fabrication
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of steel/metal fabrication, powder coating, welding, and assembly processes

- Good understanding of export compliance and documentation preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
