We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our corporate event management team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling event concepts, stage designs, exhibition booths, brand activations, and marketing collaterals that bring client ideas to life.
The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills along with the ability to create realistic 3D visualizations and event renders for presentations and client approvals.
Graphic Design
- Design event branding and communication materials.
- Create stage backdrops, standees, banners, invitations, brochures, presentations, and digital creatives.
- Develop event branding concepts and visual identities.
- Design social media creatives, website banners, and promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork files and coordinate with production teams.
3D Visualization
- Create high-quality 3D renders for:
- Corporate events
- Conferences & seminars
- Product launches
- Mall activations
- Exhibition stalls
- Experiential marketing zones
- Retail kiosks
- Develop 3D event layouts, stage setups, and venue mockups.
- Prepare walkthroughs and presentation visuals for client pitches.
- Modify designs as per client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility.
Client & Team Coordination
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into creative concepts.
- Work closely with the Business Development, Operations, and Production teams.
- Attend internal brainstorming sessions and client meetings when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects within deadlines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
