We are seeking a responsible and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to oversee operations during nighttime hours, manage staff, ensure workplace safety, and maintain smooth workflow. The Supervisor will coordinate team activities, monitor performance, handle incidents, and ensure all duties are completed according to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate employees during the night shift.
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and staff performance.
- Maintain security, safety, and operational standards throughout the shift.
- Handle employee concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Shift Timings: 7:00PM-7:00AM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
