Job Title: Civil Site Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality of work and adherence to project plans.
- Maintain site safety and discipline.
- Coordinate with engineers and management.
- Prepare daily work progress reports.
- Manage materials and equipment at the site.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant site experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage construction activities independently.
- Willingness to work at the project site.
