Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Head to lead and scale our software sales function. The role involves owning revenue targets, building and mentoring the sales team, driving enterprise acquisitions, and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Drive new client acquisition and enterprise deal closures.
- Oversee lead generation, pre-sales demos, and pipeline management.
- Conduct regular forecasting and performance reviews.
- Build CXO-level relationships and manage key accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 6–10+ years in B2B software / SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience in pre-sales, solution selling, and deal negotiation.
- Leadership experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
