We are looking for Team lead for Call center proocess, to handle Retail Liability/Asset Product, Secured/Unsecured Loan Portfolio, & General Insurance.
Exp: 3 - 7 years
Education : Any UG/ PG
Job Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai
Language Proficiency : English , Hindi
Preferred candidates from : Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance experience background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to queries
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups or outreach
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain clear records of customer and agents interactions
Ideal Profile Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Clear and confident English and Hindi communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
