Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and presentable Field Marketing Executive who will visit customers, promote company products, generate business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in field marketing or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients, retailers, distributors, and potential customers in the market
- Present and promote company bakery products and services
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Take customer feedback and share market insights with management
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for business development
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales and marketing targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and customer records
- Support promotional activities and product launches
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Strong marketing and convincing skills
- Ability to travel for field visits
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Basic computer and reporting knowledge
- Time management and target-oriented approach
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any field
- 2–4 years of experience in Field Marketing/Sales preferred
- Experience in FMCG, bakery, or food industry will be an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
