ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to client/partners queries/issues (Voice and Non-Voice Support).
- Assisting clients/partners in troubleshooting.
- Rectifying issues and closing the query/issue.
Qualification:
Graduates/Post Graduates in Maths/Computer Science (or)
Professional Degrees in Computer Science/ECE/EE
EXPERIENCE
0 – 4 yrs (Prior experience is a plus but not expected)
Skills and Competencies:
- Good in English (Verbal and Written).
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Problem Solving skills.
- Willing to learn technical concepts regarding software products.
- Reasonable Analytical Skills.
- Business Acumen.
- Industry knowledge.
- Good Team Player
Other requisites:
- Candidates should have the right attitude and show good commitment.
- Prior experience with technical support for a hardware/software product is a major plus.
- Prior experience talking to US/UK customers is a major plus
