Key Requirements:
- 13–16 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) Applications.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business analysis, and process documentation.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of banking workflows and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
