Food & Beverage Waiter is responsible for providing exceptional dining service by greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests, maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area, setting and clearing tables, and adhering to hygiene, food safety, and service standards. The Food & Beverage Waiter works closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service, handles guest feedback courteously, promotes menu items and special offers, and processes bills when required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, strong teamwork abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the hotel's quality and hospitality standards.
