Position Overview
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM/CRE) will be responsible for managing customer communications, processing inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order updates and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong follow-up skills, effective communication, and the ability to maintain long-term business relationships while supporting smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Order Co-ordinator teams to provide accurate order updates.
- Maintain customer records, order details, and communication history.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain high service standards.
- Prepare daily sales follow-up reports and customer status reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and basic office tools.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or a similar role preferred.

Duty Time: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Weekly Off)
Location: Udhana, Surat
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
