Assistant General Manager – Project Implementation & Plant Maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Manage all plant utilities including steam systems, boilers, chillers, compressors, electrical distribution systems, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
Continuously monitor utility performance to ensure uninterrupted supply to production departments.
Plan and execute capital projects such as installation of new machines, plant upgrades, expansion projects, automation initiatives, and infrastructure improvements. Ensure all projects are implemented within approved timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and technical service providers for project implementation, machine commissioning, and technical support. Maintain proper documentation and verification during installation and commissioning activities.
Prepare the annual maintenance budget and ensure all maintenance activities are executed within the approved budget. Monitor maintenance costs and ensure efficient utilization of spare parts, maintenance materials, and external service resources.
Ensure all maintenance and project activities comply with safety standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Promote safe maintenance practices and ensure all technicians and maintenance staff follow proper safety procedures.
Qualification
B.E/M.E - Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
Experience
15-20 years experience in Textiles Processing Industries.

Perundurai, Erode.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
