We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager | OpenSense Labs
Location: Bhopal / Delhi (Hybrid)
Experience: 3–5 Years
At OpenSense Labs, we're looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience managing external client accounts in a digital agency, IT services company, or technology consultancy—not internal product teams.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts
- Lead weekly client calls, sprint demos, scope discussions, and budget tracking
- Maintain strong Jira project discipline across concurrent accounts
- Collaborate with tech leads on QA, UAT, release management, and quality assurance initiatives
- Build trusted client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management or Delivery Management role within an agency or IT services environment
- Hands-on experience with budgets, retainers, LOE estimation, billing discussions, and burn-rate tracking
- Strong Jira expertise, SDLC understanding, and working knowledge of web technologies at a PM level
- Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms in day-to-day project management activities
