- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services Development.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and data accuracy.
- Experience in designing scalable data solutions that support complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with data quality management and error handling best practices.
