We are hiring Telecaller _Gujrati Speaking
Location: Andheri & Malad, Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Language Requirement: Fluent Gujarati, Hindi & basic English
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle sales, service, insurance, and offers.
- Generate leads and schedule showroom visits or service appointments.
- Follow up with customers for pending inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati.
- Experience in an Automobile Dealership or customer service/calling process will be preferred.
- Female candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
