This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Coimbatore. The HR Manager will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role will focus on fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the automotive or luxury retail sector is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, Compliance ,EPFO ,ESI and HR Policy Implementation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
