Harshad Jeweltech Solutions LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant
Production Manager (APM) to oversee and optimize our MJP (MultiJet Printing) production
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily MJP production activities.
- Ensure smooth operation and maximum utilization of MJP 3D printers.
- Supervise machine setup, calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with CAD, Design, Casting, and Production teams.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production performance and prepare reports.
- Optimize machine efficiency, material utilization, and production costs.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Train and mentor operators and production staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related
field.
- 3–5 years of experience in MJP 3D Printing Technology, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Strong knowledge of MJP, DLP, LCD, and related 3D printing technologies.
- Understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes including CAD, Casting, and Finishing.
- Hands-on experience in machine maintenance and production management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
