The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role focuses on employee engagement, performance management, HR administration, and policy implementation to support overall organizational effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Handle attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement activities and initiatives.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure a healthy workplace environment.
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and track employee progress.
- Guide managers on performance-related matters.
- Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
- Organize internal training sessions and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws (ESI, EPF, etc.).
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams for salary processing.
- Manage employee benefits including insurance, reimbursements, and statutory benefits.
- Maintain HR reports and dashboards (attendance, attrition, performance, etc.).
- Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience is preferred.
