Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce the company's services professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with potential customers via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the Sales team regarding lead status and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
Experience
- 0.6–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
