House of Ataraxia is looking for a Business Development Manager / Executive who can help us grow strategically in the corporate and B2B space. We’re looking for someone who understands people, partnerships, communication, and how to turn conversations into long-term business relationships.
This role is ideal for someone confident, well-spoken, proactive, and deeply interested in branding, marketing, media, and culture-driven businesses.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and build strong relationships with brands, agencies, corporate clients, and collaborators
Drive B2B sales and business growth opportunities
Pitch creative services, campaigns, production, branding, and marketing solutions to potential clients
Handle client communication, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups professionally
Build and maintain long-term partnerships and strategic collaborations
Identify new markets, industries, and opportunities for expansion
Coordinate closely with the creative and strategy teams to align client requirements with execution
Assist in preparing proposals, decks, budgets, and project scopes
Represent House of Ataraxia in meetings, networking events, and industry interactions
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client servicing
Strong understanding of the corporate, agency, and B2B ecosystem
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and close deals confidently
Understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, or production industries is preferred
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Bonus Points If You
Have experience working with creative agencies, production houses, or media companies
Already possess a strong professional network
Understand brand strategy, content, and marketing trends
Can contribute to partnerships, collaborations, and growth strategy
Have experience with pitching and corporate presentations
