We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end to end recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Typical work in this role includes:
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → interview → offer)
- Hiring for:
o Site engineers
o Architects, Interior, Structural,MEP,PHE
o Sales & Marketing
- Coordinating with hiring managers
- Managing interview scheduling & candidate communication
- Handling offer rollout & salary negotiation
- Maintaining recruitment reports (MIS)

Skills Required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation ability
- Multilingual (Kannada + English preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple roles at once
- Experience in construction / real estate hiring preferred

o Usually 1–5 years (freshers sometimes considered if energetic)
o HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
o Preferably from real estate or infrastructure
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹70,000.00 per month
