The HR & Admin Coordinator is responsible for supporting the school's human resources and administrative functions. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing recruitment processes, employee records, attendance, compliance, staff welfare, office administration, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the school.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain staff records, attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate facility management, housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance services.
- Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and administrative resources.
- Prepare reports, records, and official correspondence as required.
- Support school events, meetings, and operational activities.
- Serve as a liaison between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure efficient office administration.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by school management.
Pay: ₹10,122.35 - ₹45,505.33 per month
