We are looking for a Chemical Engineer to manage the pretreatment and powder coating process in our plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining chemical baths, conducting titration tests, monitoring pH and concentration levels, and ensuring proper surface treatment before coating.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor pretreatment chemical tanks
- Perform regular titration and lab testing
- Control chemical dosing and bath parameters
- Ensure coating quality and surface preparation standards
- Maintain records of chemical consumption and test reports
- Support production and quality control team
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of pretreatment process and powder coating line
- Experience in handling industrial chemicals
- Basic lab testing and reporting skills
